Palm Beach Engagement Photos at Worth Avenue

Palm Beach is one of the dreamiest places in South Florida; and as an engagement photographer, I feel quite lucky to live just a few minutes away. When my clients ask for a location to photograph their engagement session, the first place that comes to mind is Worth Avenue. It was not different with Catalina and Dan.

We started our session by the iconic Clock Tower which was beautifully lit by the sunrise. Then we wandered the streets and inner yards which we had all to ourselves {one of the perks of planning an early morning photoshoot}. Catalina and Dan are a wonderful couple, and I couldn’t be happier they chose me to capture their love.

So there it is, one of my favorite spots in the area. There’s something for every couple, and I cannot complain about the light colored sidewalks and buildings which reflect a beautiful light onto my clients’ skin making them even more radiant. A Fairytale Engagement Session at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Miami, FL

When Katie and Richard asked me to photograph their engagement session at Vizcaya, I swear, I did a little happy dance. Vizcaya is one of my favorite venues in all of South Florida and these lovebirds are, to date, one of the happiest, most in-love couples I’ve ever photographed.

The gardens provided the perfect background to document their fairytale love story, and Katie’s delicate white dress and flower crown completed the look …fit for a princess. Now let’s talk about her engagement ring, how exquisite is it? The deep blue sapphire stone makes a beautiful contrast against her skin tone, and likely is a reminder of her fiancé Richard who happens to be a sailor.

Nautical Themed Engagement Session. Lauren and Edward, Jupiter, FL.

Nothing warms my heart more than when couples choose intimate places to photograph their love story. Lauren and Edward had the pier in their Jupiter community as background for their engagement session; and it made all the sense in the world as next year they will be hosting a nautical wedding at Out of the Blue Waterfront in Jupiter, FL.

The second thing that absolutely speaks to me is when couples are so in love that you can feel it in the air. Lauren and Edward’s engagement session was effortless; I only had to say “Look at each other” and an abundance of smiles and sweetness would come flowing. They are both adorable, and tender with each other. I honestly have the best clients in the world, who, if you ask me,  might {secretly} be models.

Third are vintage engagement rings. Lauren’s ring had me at HELLO;  the elegance and timeless style is an eye catcher, every time  {maybe I should update my ring collection, being that it’s the holidays and all}.

After photos at the pier we headed to Jupiter Beach, where despite a rough tide and strong winds we managed to capture beautiful moments. I even succeeded {in post-production} at giving them a blue ocean to match their nautical wedding theme.
