A Unique Wedding at a Seaplane Hangar in Vero Beach, FL

Last year I had the pleasure of photographing Grace and Jeremy’s wedding at Treasure Coast Seaplanes in Vero Beach, FL. To date, this has been the most unique wedding venue I’ve been to. Thanks to the beautiful work of their wedding planner, Krystle Andrew, the seaplane hangar ended up looking magnificent.

We started our day with getting ready photos of the bride and groom at Quail Valley At The Pointe Social Club. Then walked over to the adjacent Royal Palm Pointe Park for a heartfelt wedding ceremony. Grace and Jeremy are young in years, but they have this sophisticated nature about them that is timeless.

After family portraits and wedding party photos, it was time to head over to the wedding reception. How much fun it was to see the couple dance with family and friends.

Grace and Jeremy, thank you for letting me capture the beginning of your lives as husband and wife. Wishing you love as endless as the sky and until the next adventure,

Diana

A Charming Wedding at Out of the Blue Waterfront, Jupiter, FL

Remember Lauren and Ed? I photographed their nautical-themed engagement session last year and was so excited when they contacted me to photograph their nuptials! Their wedding ceremony and reception took place at the lovely Out of the Blue Waterfront venue in Jupiter, FL. My favorite part of their big day? The first look which was emotional and romantic.

Once again, this charming couple worked their magic in front of my lens and their wedding photos are pure testament of the love between them.

I can’t thank them enough for allowing me the opportunity to capture such a beautiful love story!

Wishing them happiness as infinite as the ocean,

Diana

A Timeless Wedding at Fort Lauderdale Historical Society, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Some of you have been lucky to meet your soulmates early in your lives; others like me, have had to wait a little longer. That’s in short the story of Rita and Monty.

Rita has the most genuine smile I’ve ever seen, and Monty can’t keep his eyes off of her. Last Spring I had the pleasure of photographing their timeless love story at the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society.  Their wedding celebration was flawless; with beautiful soft green and peach decorations and the cutest of wedding guests {see the ducklings making an entrance}.

We started the day with a heartfelt first look, one of my favorite moments of the night. Then they sealed their commitment in a ceremony filled with love. The night continued with first dances and toasts, and ended with everyone dancing around the newlyweds.

Rita and Monty’s wedding reminded me that the Universe’s timing is just perfect; when our hearts are ready and open, the right person walks right into our lives.

Wishing them a lifetime of happiness and until the next timeless–venture,

Diana

Miami Tropical Wedding. Glenda and Alexander, Longan’s Place, Miami FL

These love birds tied the knot this year at Longan’s Place in Miami, FL. We had worked together before during their engagement session at Worth Avenue, Palm Beach, FL so I knew it’d be a fun day.

I met Glenda at her hotel room where she was getting ready surrounded by her family. We decided to do a first look with them because, let’s face it, what is sweeter than having grandma, mom, sister, aunt and cousins seeing you for the first time in a beautiful white dress?

After a few minutes of portraits with the bride, we headed to the ceremony site. Longan’s Place is the perfect venue to host a tropical themed wedding. Between the huts, the waterfall and endless palm trees you have found yourself in tropical paradise.

The ceremony was sweet, and Glenda and Alex couldn’t stop holding hands. Then, one of my favorite parts of the evening: portraits with the bride and groom in front of a grandiose Rolls Royce; our background, a gorgeous Florida sunset. After their first dance, it was time to let loose and celebrate with family and friends. The day went by surprisingly quick {possibly because of all the fun we had}.

Until the next tropical-paradise-wedding,

Diana

Rustic Wedding. Kaitlin and Andrew, Flamingo Gardens, Davie, FL

Kaitlin and Andrew had a rustic wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful grounds of Flamingo Gardens, FL. This place is magical, with lush vegetation and peacocks wandering around the property. The bride and groom share a special connection and as a wedding photographer, I was very lucky to capture their love story through my lens.

These two lovebirds couldn’t take their eyes off of each other while exchanging their vows; one of my favorite moments during their wedding ceremony was when Andrew reached to kiss Kaitlin’s forehead in the most endearing way possible. I’ve never witnessed anything more romantic.

After the “I dos” we wandered around the gardens to capture their portraits; I swear I could’ve wandered all day long around this wonderful wedding venue. After portrait time, we headed back to the reception area for their first dance as husband and wife, followed by a fun cake cutting ceremony {YAY is right}. They ended the night dancing with family and friends in a  conga line {YAY again}.

Wishing them many more sweet kisses and until the next garden-venture,

Diana

Backyard Florida Wedding. Karina and Rodney, Juno Beach, FL

I’m so excited to share Karina and Rodney’s fun wedding in Juno Beach, FL. I met the stunning bride at a hotel suite nearby where she was getting ready. Her mom, sister and nieces helped her with the finishing touches.

The handsome groom waited at the ceremony venue, accompanied by his stylish groomsmen. Karina’s two fur-kids walked down the isle, which made for lots of smiles among their guests. I always think pups make for the most adorable flower girls and ring bearers, but I might be biased as my little Lana was my flower girl.

After exchanging their vows, we headed to a nearby park to take the couple’s formals.  These lovebirds couldn’t have been any cuter, and it shows in their pictures. I leave you with a few of my favorite photos from their fun day.

Until the next pup.down.the.isle-venture,

Diana
