These love birds tied the knot this year at Longan’s Place in Miami, FL. We had worked together before during their engagement session at Worth Avenue, Palm Beach, FL so I knew it’d be a fun day.
I met Glenda at her hotel room where she was getting ready surrounded by her family. We decided to do a first look with them because, let’s face it, what is sweeter than having grandma, mom, sister, aunt and cousins seeing you for the first time in a beautiful white dress?
After a few minutes of portraits with the bride, we headed to the ceremony site. Longan’s Place is the perfect venue to host a tropical themed wedding. Between the huts, the waterfall and endless palm trees you have found yourself in tropical paradise.
The ceremony was sweet, and Glenda and Alex couldn’t stop holding hands. Then, one of my favorite parts of the evening: portraits with the bride and groom in front of a grandiose Rolls Royce; our background, a gorgeous Florida sunset. After their first dance, it was time to let loose and celebrate with family and friends. The day went by surprisingly quick {possibly because of all the fun we had}.
Until the next tropical-paradise-wedding,
Diana
